An update on passwords; if you do NOT change your password, the new rules won't apply UNTIL you do; so, for example, if you try to change your password from "Charlie1" to Charlie2", the new rules will cause an error message; "Charlie123" (as an example but please don't use it) would meet the new requirements

New Minimum Password Requirements

As part of our continuing commitment to improving security, as of today, we have updated our minimum password requirements.

The new minimum password requirements are as follows:

• Must be at least 10 characters in length
• Must contain at least 1 digit (0-9)
• Must contain one upper case character (A-Z)
• Must contain one lower case character (a-z)
• Must not contain a character repeated more than twice (aa in your password is fine, aaa is not)

When you first access Elvanto, you will see a screen similar to the one below; in the black area below; you will be in the Member Area;  "Home" is where you land when you log in; "Calendar" is self-explanatory - check it out; "Faith Engagement Directory" is basically a church directory with ONLY those who have given approval listed; in "Unavaibility", you can block out dates where you are unavailable for church duties (handy for those doing rosters); please page down

Many people will be changing addresses, phone numbers and the like during the upcoming holiday period; please remember to update you details in Elvanto as well!

All people actively involved in the life of the church should now be able to submit their unavailablity (useful for volunteers who may be away for some church events).  Unavailability will appear as a heading when in the Member area.
